Shipping policy
At Scentique India, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed, it is processed within a reasonable timeframe and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Product will be delivered in 7–10 days from the day the order is placed.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur.
Orders are shipped only after full payment is received. Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of checkout. Scentique India will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared (where applicable) to help customers monitor their shipment. Any delivery-related concerns should be reported to us within a reasonable time so we can assist accordingly.
Currently, we ship within India only. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation.
